My Services

For strategic coaching clients I follow an exclusive, proven program I developed and have used successfully with my clients.

For life/career/business coaching clients I work almost exclusively on the phone in one-on-one conversations.  Results happen quickly. If my clients are not receiving huge value after one month I suggest we re-evaluate our working relationship. Unlimited email correspondence is included at no additional charge.

Strategic planning for organizations starts with qualitative research. I utilize a combination of focus groups, phone interviews and face to face discussion with key stakeholders in an organization. I combine this qualitative research with coaching techniques and then work closely with clients to translate those findings into meaningful, actionable plans. Strategic coaching is truly a collaborative process.

Coaching Approach

I follow the teachings of the two leading coach training schools in the US:

• Co-Active coaching model as developed by The Coaches Training Institute in which I have been professionally certified as a CPCC.
• I also incorporate learning from Coach U having graduated from their core essentials curriculum.

For clients who are business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives they benefit from the added value of branding, marketing and expert mentoring at no additional charge. After over thirty years as a top executive at a global advertising firm, I am happy to share my business knowledge with clients because I know that all coaching is ultimately life coaching.
